How does a client determine what they need?
There is a “no charge” confidential consultation with a Professional Admindesk™ team member to help assess and determine what is best for the client.
Should the client and Admindesk™ wish to proceed an outline of the project and an estimate is provided for the client to review and approve. If we are not the right mutual fit for a professional relationship…referrals will be provided to ensure the client’s needs are addressed.
How does the “No Surprise” Professional Relationship work?
Clients do not have to sign a contract with Admindesk™ to obtain services.
Those organizations that require a written contract are provided with a professional retainer service agreement outlining the mutually agreed terms and fees.
There is no cookie cutter approach as every business has their own unique or specific requirements.
Together we determine what your actual needs are and then create and execute the plan.
Sometimes work is performed on a weekly or monthly basis for clients and others utilize services on an “as needed” basis.
What kind of payment method is accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, E-transfers.
The Admindesk™ payment policy is reviewed at the onset of all projects and signed with the client.
The Admindesk™ team tracks the hours worked on a particular client’s file and an invoice is processed weekly for the Accounting and Administrative services performed.
Does Admindesk™ perform bookkeeping duties virtually or
in the client’s office?
Both options are available to clients with the majority of services being performed virtually.
The closest clients are in walking distance from the office and the furthest away client has been in Australia.
The majority of the work is performed in the Simcoe County and Muskoka areas where we provide drop off and pick up of paperwork right from the client’s office or home base.
